As part of the very successful Devine community of Nautical Edge, at Coomera on The Gold Coast, the SeaGreen precinct is undergoing rapid transformation with on-going construction in several areas. The wetland ponds and parks are now complete as well as site and civil works for Stages 1 and 2. With both of these stages now registered, home building is also well underway. So far Devine has sold and settled 55 lots here and a further 20 are under contract, awaiting settlement. Remaining are Terrace Home and Studio home sites that make up the residential mix. SeaGreen Stage 3 is expected to be launched in early 2008 with 37 homes, including a limited number of free-standing and terrace homes along with studio homes, known as "Fonzie Flats" after the famous character from the TV series, "Happy Days."
