Seagreen Manors hit the market

Devine has released just eight stylish new homes under the Seagreen Manors brand in its fast-selling Seagreen precinct of Nautical Edge at Coomera.

The luxury two level properties feature three bedrooms and studies, alfresco entertainment areas, double garages and large open plan family/dining areas. They range between 189sqm and 197sqm.

The company has now released 107 of the neighbourhood’s 149 lots to market and sold 94 of them.

First homes in stages 1 and 2 are complete and occupied, and civil and landscaping works are also finished.

A January start is proposed for the civil works on the final stage 3, together with marketing of 14 detached dwellings, 17 terrace homes and 6 Beachport studios in that stage.

Housing starts are likely from mid June 2008.
