Riverwood precinct takes off at Nautical Edge

Leading property developer Devine has launched the latest stage at its Nautical Edge lifestyle community at Coomera on the Gold Coast, with 12 homes released in the booming Riverwood precinct.

The release is being specifically targeted to family home buyers offering great value for money from $399,900 including luxury inclusions such as stainless steel appliances, a designer kitchen, floor coverings throughout and front landscaping. All homes include double garages, Ensuite bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with separate study and wonderful alfresco living spaces.

Devine Queensland General Manager Paul Nash said the new release represented some of the best value home and land on the Gold Coast and would be extremely popular in the current climate.

“Homebuyers at the moment are focussed on getting value for money and these homes were created with that goal,” he said. “We have tried to include as many features as possible including floor coverings and air conditioning which are generally regarded as extras.”

“This is also an excellent opportunity for investors to get a foothold in the Gold Coast property market in the fast-growing East Coomera location, close to the proposed Coomera Town Centre and the existing Coomera train station.

“Devine is well aware of the changed economic environment for homebuyers and has taken a number of steps to ease the pressure of buying a home, including offering all-inclusive packages which reduces out-of-pocket expenses.”

The RiverWood precinct covers 6.56 hectares at the Nautical Edge development and on completion will have 107 homes, including 60 detached homes and 47 attached dwellings. RiverWood includes a 1.4 hectare park and individual lots range from 330 sqm to 601 sqm.

Nautical Edge is conveniently located just a few minutes to Coomera Train Station, schools, Coomera River and the Surfer’s Paradise Broadwater, 20 minutes to the Gold Coast’s world-famous surf beaches and 40 minutes from the heart of Brisbane.

The proposed Coomera Town Centre, covering 60 hectares will be a major shopping and commercial hub for northern Gold Coast residents.

With 54,000 sqm of retail space, it is proposed to have more shops than the Gold Coast’s Pacific Fair. In addition it will accommodate commercial and government facilities, schools, and public amenities as well as residential buildings. It is expected to be a strong capital growth area with population and development expansion planned for this northern Gold Coast location.
