Overview

The lake
The lake is located in EdgeWater precinct at Nautical Edge. Man-made, it measures 220 metres long, 60 metres wide at its maximum and 25 metres at its minimum. Water depth reaches a maximum of 2.3 metres.
Located within the flora and fauna corridor of the precinct, it largely retains its natural environment and existing trees.
The lake’s eastern side has been re-vegetated and enhanced and native fish have been released into it.
Environment
